Never seen any measurements, but with its claimed time alignment it will in theory be midway between the horn, woofer centers.
Feed it a 1200 Hz tone and see if you can hear where it's loudest on axis in both planes at this midpoint or canted up.

And to me that would be way to high. When I look @ the stock x-over I see a 24 db lf section with a additional inductor. Which "in theory" is another 45* or how many degrees down ? Come on Model 19 0wners lay your cabinets on there sides and play pink noise through them.
Really?! What's your seated ear/floor height? The speakers is only 39" high and of the many dozens of designs done by me and others, the international average is ~36-38", so too low unless it sounds best overall off axis like earlier Altecs.
I haven't researched it, just know that a point source [cone/dome] driver has a 90 deg lag referenced to a compression horn, so for basic on axis response requires a 3/2 XO or 'gapped' 2/2.
